What I was told JMom, is that it was a long drawn out affair to get a surgery, or certain treatments, etc, because there was such a long "waiting list" and only so many Doctors available. One person even said they knew someone that "passed away" waiting for an appointment for the life saving surgery!
I believe that I saw a NEWS program on the Canadian Program also. They were interviewing various Canadians about their thoughts. Like 60 Minutes or Primetime, or one of those awhile back.
