It's "no shorter than 20 years" and "no longer than the term of his natural life". The victims, the county attorney, and others have the right to appear at his parole hearing in twenty years and oppose his release.
Add that with the sentence to count #2 and I'm guessing it'll be close to 30 in reality. I doubt he would be able to stay away from having some scuffles while in custody (assuming he doesn't die of "natural causes").
