Not everyone can just pack up & move. In this family, both of us have parents in the area that we can't leave. We would have to leave our loved ones & possibly end up in a new place getting paid less than what we are here. I was born & raised here. My family is here & I won't leave them to fend for themselves because it's too much for me to fight for my kid's rights.
