| So what you are saying is that anyone that confesses to a crime is automatically guilty?
He said a .270 rifle was used. Where's the proof?
The DA didn't proof that a .270 rifle was used, if fact at the onset of the investigation according to the pathogist who examined the body, said that a low-caliber weapon was most likely the cause of death.
Only after May 11th when Chris was caught in Colorado, did they begin the search Chris's apartment for a 270 rifle.
Time of death is important to pinpoint. If the time of death had been, say after 6 am, would there not be light in the morning sky? Kinda of hard to sneak through alley ways and hide in bushes in daylight don't you think?
Furthermore, had the time of death been before 330 when she was supposedly scene alive last, wouldn't that bring other suspects to thier attention? No sir! The time of death is important.
I agree with Tigre, if you weren't at the trial you cannot possibly know any of the facts. The local media doesn't provide the greatest details, only outlines the highlights.
Someday some of you maybe accused of a terrible crime. Wouldn't you want to be judged based on facts and not speculation?
The only thing i know for sure is they didn't prove anything based on facts. Only words.
No facts. |
