| Ya, know I agree with whoever said he must be the dumbest cop ever.
So.....you go out and shoot someone then you go home to your apartment hang your pants back in the closet put your shoes (after you have cleaned them real good, of course) in the trash along with two T-shirts that you weren't wearing that night, oh and put three shell casing in there as well. Tie up the trash bag and place it in the dumpster right out side your house, when you know that trash day is on Friday and it is now Saturday. The black cap you were wearing (so that when you are running by 12 or 15 houses they won't see you) you place it in the closet in open sight with the guns.
Then you get up the next day....get ready for work like nothing happened? I don't think so.......He (to my knowledge) hadn't ever killed anyone before so it's not like he was so callased that he could handle such a thing.
He obviously broke down when told by the KBI that Erin had been killed. The KBI agent that went and questioned Chris had only been on the force for a couple of years. Do you think he might have slipped on some details of the case? He seemed very timmid if you ask me.
But besides his conffesion can anyone tell me of any details that linked Chris to this case because according to the KBI they didn't have anything.
I'm not sure how all this investigation thing works but I belive it I had told the KBI that I killed Erin they would have centered their case around my statement. I probably could have had as many details as Chris had, had I been in his shoes and had access to them as he did. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that she had been killed. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that the back glass was broken out since you can see the back door when driving down the street. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that HEY! It was storming last night his clothes should be muddy, so apparently the KBI aren't rocket scientist.
He was convicted on his statement ONLY!
They meaning the KBI didn't do their homework as far as I'm concerned. |
