Where's-the-evidence & Tigre, we are all sorry your son, brother will spend the majority of the rest of his life in prison. But the reality is Chris was found guilty by a jury of his peers of Homicide!

I can not imagine what you are going through because I never and hope never have to. But the truth is the truth. Some where along the way Chris choose to live outside the norms that society has set. Now he has to pay for it.

If the County Attorney did not, as you say, tie Chris to the evidence or the criminal act itself, perhaps that is an issue your defense attorney should have argued during the this testimony or at the time of evidence at the time of it being entered. Your attorney should have argued at the time of the prosecution resting, that there was no case. The judge must have thought there was! You have a long road ahead to take up anything other then process mistakes up on appeal. Remember the jury came to the verdict of guilty in large part to your son / brother on video describing how he planned and carried out the excution of Erin Jones. He lost it and choose this path. Let's face it, everyone reading this, innocent people do not run. That is even more true with Homicide suspects.

Chris is guilty! There is no killer running on the streets of Dodge City. Is he the same just killer of Nicole Simpson and Ron Goldman. Perhaps he left L.A. for D.C. Ya see how silly that sounds. Think about the facts of this case. I know it is your family but he is as guilty as O.J. Just how much of your savings and future do you want to put into that. You have other family and your own life to live.

Chris is an adult and is has to pay for his actions. The fact that he was a Police Officer at the time he killed Erin Jones should allow him to be held in solitary for 23 hours a day. At least you should not have to worry about him in general population.

Again, I feel for you and wish you the best and a quick return trip to reality!
