I am not his brother/son/mother or any realation to the family. I am an unbiased opinion. I listened the evidence as the jury did.
I admit that when I first heard about this I too was convinced that he did this based souly on what I had read on the internet. He told that he could see the door with binoculars from the north side of the road. How would he know this if he hadn't been there to see it? He wouldn't have! That was the deciding point for me that he was telling the truth because you can see into the backyard without binoculars. Imagine what you can see with them.
I'm not agueing with any of you I just want there to be justice. As far as I'm concerned justice was not served. |
