And you're right about keeping the target. I have my first quarter sized group with my .223 on the wall but the brass has been reloaded.

He kept the spent casing of the shell which he used to hit the target in the chinese puzzle box which is also a place where he kept keepsakes. All the items in the box where of sentimental value to him. And of course he kept the target for the very same reason.
