What do you do for a living????????

p.s. WTE...when the bad guy confesses to killing someone with say a .270 rifle, and he has the exact same caliber rifle in his home, but you have zero capability to be match ballistics, you DO NOT enter this info. into evidence.
Technically they did introduce the rifle into evidence. The fact that it is the same caliber and that the rounds from it were stored in the box are circumstantial proof (along with all of the other evidence) that he did the deed. The County Attorney held the rifle over his head and shook it around in closing arguments.
