Did your attorney serve up a balistics expert that discounted the possibility that the weapon found was the murder weapon?
According to
his website, he doesn't even do criminal law, let alone capital murder. He specializes in workmans comp and tort cases. Are you sure you had an adequate attorney? Has he ever defended someone charged with murder?
