Incidently the pictures taken of the back of the house were taken after Chris' testimony, they ran out of the court room and took them durning the lunch recess after the defense rested. Tell me they weren't worried about how the case was going at that point. |
I believe they "ran out" and took the pictures to show that what was being claimed in testimony that morning was not valid or possible. The defense could have also produced pictures to support the testimony, but they either neglected to or knew they could not support with pics. The KBI didnt take pics before the trial began because (I believe) they did not know that was being claimed until the testimony came out in court. Therefore, the pics were introduced specifically to discredit what he told the jury.
