If I knew his name, I would post it in capital letters, unfortunately, I didn't think of looking for a name tag at the time, I was horrified at her response, and concentrating on her.
I can tell you, he was very very tall, at least 6' 5", light hair, glasses. I would guess him to be late early 30's. If anyone does know who he is, you are welcome to pm me with his name, as I would like to thank him more personally.
