| DODGE CITY —
A standoff at the residence at 1300 Avenue H has ended after close to two hours worth of negotiating.
Alonzo Cruz, a 21-year-old Dodge City resident who has a warrant out for his arrest for a probation violation.
At 5:30 p.m. Cruz surrendered himself to police officers without any resistance.
