NOT at all! Hays is of interest to us. Nobody said this board is for Dodge City issues ONLY.

Since the recent inception of the tri-city board, I think we all have learned that Dodge City does things that surrounding towns have done. Hays is very close to Dodge City and does matter to us. Anyway, nobody said that this board is strictly for Dodge City people. I think that Justoo was just making a comment on how Hays faces the same issues as Dodge does. Personally I see that information as useful when trying to understand why we are having problems in certain areas.
