Co-winners and have the officer be the one to deliver the award to the Brown family? or make a special award for one or the other and still have the officer deliver the award. Good for DodgeBoard, the police, and the Browns!!
I did not know Steve, but have listened to him enough to feel like he was a friend even in a minuet sort of way. He is deserving of any award this town has to offer in remembrence. |
