All chinchillas have sensitive digestive systems and can only be given particular woods to chew on and food to eat. It's normal. Also they have a "floating ribcage" so you must be aware of how to hold them. Like lizards, chinchillas "drop" their tails to get away from predators, so you must be aware not to grab them by their tails.

These are just a few reasons why I say you must do research. These guys aren't different than any other chinchillas. I just want whoever takes them to know about this information.
