At the very least I think that the Police Dept. needs to be notified so that they could come and talk with the girl and her parents! This could be construed as a "Terroristic Threat" and that is against the law!
It surely seems to be that this should not just be blown off due to what could happen! And this should be treated as a real possibility and not just a joke from a kid! |
