Started April 1st and was 263, Size 36
Today, May 16th 227, Size 34
Goal, 195 (my highschool weight), Size 32 -By end of summer
I'm 6'2" so that would put me at my ideal weight.
I started out running on the treadmill at night- could only run off 50 calories before I dropped dead. Been doing it every night. Now, I'm up to 500 calories- that's 5 miles, which takes about two hours, non-stop. I am feeling much better already. Before, It would take me about 10 minutes before my heart rate went back to normal. Now, Its back to normal in about 90 seconds. Feels good to be getting back in shape in my 40's.
