| Congrats Tee!!!! It's hard only consuming 800-1000 calories a day when you first start, but after a few days it almost seems routine! I started the 1000 calorie/100 carb thing last Wednesday, as of Wednesday when I weighed, I'm down 7lbs! I felt like I was going to starve to death the first few days, but now I feel sick if I eat much more than that! I also allow 1 day a week, just to eat whatever, but I've noticed it's a lot less of the whatever than it used to be! It's great!!! |
