Based on your comments, I guess my reading between the lines was on the nose.
To answer your question..it appears to me the reason this topic continually comes up is because you and others like you continue to project blame on others. In fact, my only intention of joining this topic was to see if you had some valid arguments or if you were just projecting as I suspected. My advise is that you put on your big girl panties, accept the consequences or your actions and learn from your mistakes so that they are not repeated in the future. Face it, we all make mistakes. We are human and sometimes that is how we learn best.
Ms. Funk and all of the prosecutor's that have left the office before and since her departure are all very talented, up and coming attorneys that maintain the respect of the legal community. That fact alone speaks volumes.
