In any case we still need to look at alternative fuels. Wind, Solar etc. Wasn't it some 30 years ago this exact same thing happened? We started new drilling to relive the oil shortage but 30 years later, here we are.
ANWAR is a start, but we've got to get rid of our addiction to oil at some point.
