| It's the same as charging any lead-acid battery.
Incidentally, one should never remove energized charging/jumper cables directly from a battery because any little spark can/will ignite the hydrogen gas. IF YOU'RE LUCKY, only the caps will pop-off of the battery. I've seen ruptured batteries and heard of nasty acid burns.
The trick is to put the negative (BLACK for those who went to public school) cable onto some other appropriate appurtenance instead of the battery post. |
