| What Happened?
Does anyone know what was going on this morning in Dodge. The Police and Sheriff Department's had the streets blocked from Cedar north for two or three blocks and east from I think fourth to the alley east of third. I did not see any Fire or EMS in the area. I could not see anything going on.
