I love how you think that just because their skin is a different color than yours they are automatically illegal. I can look at the jail log and see yes there are more hispanics than any other race, but if they are illegal they have ICE holds, and there aren't very many on there with that which means they are probably legal citizens. I'd love to see what's said if my last name ever appeared in the paper, I have a non-white last name, but I am white. My husband is half hispanic but is whiter than I am oh and guess what...... his father is a LEGAL american citizen. Oh my goodness, someone who's not white and is here legally. Who would have thought. |
Ok young lady...

My wife is hispanic so I don't think that just because someone is brown they are illegal...just not so. She's legal. (I think

)
As far as the ICE holds...how do they determine if they are illegal or not? Is everyone arrested checked and if so to what system? Does an ICE hold identify all illegals or do some slip through the cracks?
Sure white people get dui's. DUI is not single to any race but lets do the math here.....
DC is about what...70% hispanic. Statistically 70% of the DUI's should be hispanic. NOW...how many of those 70% do you think are illegal? I'll let you do the math on that one. Do you have access to the stats of those arrested? I am sure they keep them but they don't make them public. Maybe you could dig those up for us. I'd be interested in seeing them.
