| So what you are saying is that just because someone is in the city or county jail and doesn't have an "ice hold" on them doesn't mean that they are not here illegally.....
I would imagine that they may also call ice about certain people and ice just doesn't respond to them. Do they just put a hold on ones that are wanted for something?
