| OK, I went this afternoon. It's definitely not for those with a weak stomach. Personally, I didn't think it was as good as I was expecting it to be. It wasn't really a scary movie, just one that was filled with gore, but it takes awhile to get to the gore. I personally liked Saw 2 better.
While not a completely bad movie, I wouldn't have liked to pay full price. I would suggest either going to a matinee or waiting for it to come out on dvd. Personally, I like matinees, because there is nothing like seeing a movie on the big screen. Although you can't take away from the new HD TV's and digital sound systems you can get for your home theater. I know I love my Sony Wega HD with the digital surround capabilities of my surround sound system.
