and about KU..

it hurts to watch. the massive potential the team has is second only to how disappointing they often play. they play a minute and a half of the best basketball in the land (less duke) then play 10 minutes of mediocre basketball..repeat.

these last two losses have hurt a lot, especially considering how much better KU actually is than these two programs. even while young and inexperienced, they are considerably more talented.

if you notice he has them on the bubble. that essentially means KU has to win about every game the rest of the season except for the Texas/OU games..and they probably need to pick up one or two of those. the football team did it, i think the bball team can do it too. self needs to do a better job of getting the right guys on the court, and needs to figure out how to beat the zone. shouldnt be too hard with that many great shooters. they'll figure it out soon enough. it's going to be hard to keep a prestigous program like KU out of the tourney if they can achieve an 18-10 record or so. only time will tell.
