It is one thing for a person a little bit short on cash to be needing a small amount of help. However, I know too many people that use these kind of services every other week to pay bills and it is not helping them in any way - they just spend money on getting the loan in the first place, and the businesses - while totally legit - are more than happy to collect this money. |
