Uh huh - yep, I agree. Put it in the bedroom and reach for the hammer every time you get turned down. Except these DIY kits are the most helpful with both spouses agree to disagree. One of the good ex's tried to use it with one of the later ex's and at the very end, she wouldn't agree to sign it. So they had to go the lawyer/court route anyway.
