We watch very little NBC programming because it's not available in hi-def, but we are big Olympics fans, and the prospect of watching KSNG's crappy signal isn't too appealing. Universal HD, which is on Cox, will be carrying Hi-Def Olympic programming, but the premier events will be on NBC.

I sent my latest e-mail Friday... I'll let you know if I hear anything. We need to keep making noise.

It's pretty sad that KUPK (ABC) and KBSD (CBS) both are HD capable, even KSAS (FOX) is already on board. I admit that I don't watch near the programming on NBC as I once did, ABC and CBS have better programming and shows in HD that are much more enjoyable to watch. Makes you wonder, maybe they have better programming because more people are watching their HD programs? More viewers means more revenue. I find myself watching old Law & Order SVU and such on Universal HD just because it's HD than watching current programming on NBC. It is sad that we don't have NBC in HDTV locally as there are still a few good shows on NBC that I would like to see in HD. E-Ring and ER come to mind first. It's too bad ABC or CBS couldn't have the Olympics, then we could be treated to HD programming.
