| There is a guy I work with that had a $600 framing router stolen out of his garage. He called police and filed a report, a few days later he went to Bob's Pawn Shop and saw it there. Was told that he gave like $25-50 for it to a guy. The police was called but Bob's wouldn't give it to the police because he was financially vested in the item. That didn't make a whole lot of sense to me....aren't there laws about possessing stolen property. It shouldn't matter if you are financially vested or not, it was stolen.
