| I'm with you, Poots - they do serve a purpose to help people get out of those once- or twice-in-a-lifetime scrapes, but not for continued support, because once you're out of your own belongings, you resort to pawning others' things. If the guy is legit and tries to keep from buying stolen property, then I'm all for it. But once he screws up and deals in stolen property, especially if he suspects or knows it's stolen, then that's when he no longer serves a purpose and becomes a scourge on society.
