That's kinda what I thought...I always thought there was a law that prevented somebody to possess stolen property, it didn't even matter if you knew it was stolen or not. Once identified as stolen you no longer had claim to it in any way, no matter what kind of money you invested in it. Apparantely, that isn't the case in good ole Dodge City.
As far as I was concerned, as soon as the tool was identified as being stolen, and Bob's Pawn didn't surrender the stolen item to the police. Bob's Pawn Shop became just another crook. That is my opinion, an I'm entitled to it!
