As far as I was concerned, as soon as the tool was identified as being stolen, and Bob's Pawn didn't surrender the stolen item to the police. Bob's Pawn Shop became just another crook. That is my opinion, an I'm entitled to it! |
I'll repeat...all they have to do is get a SEARCH WARRANT. It's NOT that hard to get one.
Just like if they come to your house, they have to have a search warrant. If they come to your house...are you going to let them have ANYTHING they want because they SAY it was stolen?
