This from the Kansas City Star. The neighborhood this is in is about 2 blocks south and about 1/2 mile east of me. Can you imagine how cold it woulda been?
"Overland Park police are looking for a man who exposed himself to a woman who was walking her dog.
The incident occurred about 8:30 p.m. Thursday at 127th and Grant streets. The woman reported that the man had his pants down and was masturbating. The woman then left the area and reported the incident to police, who released the information today.
The man is described as white, 20 to 30 years of age, with light brown hair and a goatee."
