| I don't necessarily think the cost of utilities would be that much more in Dodge City if we went to shift schooling. I work a rotating shift and there are many instances where I drive by a school and all the lights are on in classrooms well after midnight. With the lights on, all we would need are students in the room to not let that energy go to waste.
