| That's cause they are scared, they can't talk with the night crawlers, and the citizens find it easier "not to know" . When I lived there I just wanted my neighborhood to feel safe, I was thankful there were not bullets flyin thru the windows, and I figgered if I left them alone they would leave me alone. Seems to have worked.
