So does anyone like him enough to remodel his building - add improvements, rent it from him, then give him the business back at the end of the lease? How do they decide who they bail out of the well? Are there not other business owners that just didn't make it? Did the city offer such a sweet deal to them?.......... I don't know but guess he's lucky his business was one the city felt they wanted to run?????........... lucky him!

How exactly did they bail him out? He closed his business because he couldn't afford the taxes. He put the property up for sale. The city approached him with an offer to lease it from him with the option to buy it if it worked out.

He is one of the most honest and likable people I have ever met. Do you know him?? If not, I would suggest not talking sh!t about people you don't know.

I knew that would charge someone!! LOL........ I don't know him - that's the point - it's a sweet deal - not a bad thing if ya can get it. Just cause I look at so many lucky breaks as a sweet deal doesn't mean a thing. He might bery well be honest, and likable but there have been businesses that fail and they just wish they coulda been in the right location for that offer.

It's not required to know someone to talk about the business. has nothing to do with him personally - So......... with that said i won't get personal with you either - what I will say to you is quit takin it personal - it's a friggen forum - not a damn personality contest!............. you read to much into a simple post and if you knew me better you would know that.

It is amazing - I just wish I had the money to develop the right parcel of land. Course I see thier point - it was a good idea and it's realtivley new so why let it go to waste - just a sweet deal that ya don't see alot of in Dodge I guess. I don't know the pay is so much better here than there - seems I otta reinvest into some corner lot - I always thought Dodge needed a Chruches chicken myself I wouldn't have gone for the playground thing. Figgers - that's why I woulda really lost my butt - no one woulda bought a Churches gone bad!
