| Land is land and no matter how shiny your crystal ball is I don't see what one has to do with another. how many years now has that La Quinta been in the works? Whether the building was built or not the land was worth the price just for the simple fact that property was designated for a new motel. And not only that, but business plots have just gotten a little more expensive thanks to a vote "yes" on the casino issue.
