| I agree that some people should be a little thicker skinned. I also, in my own opinion, think this whole bitch fest could have been avoided if a couple of our board members would have not got their dicks in a wad and let things go. The KKK pic was in jest and meant as an inside joke to a member. I got the joke, I am sure he got the joke and those of us who have been on here for awhile got the joke. A couple of our members very politely asked that the picture be removed because it was offensive. All of a sudden, instead of just saying "Sorry it offends you" and letting it drop, it turns into a "What about this and what about that" crap. The people who found the pic offensive didn't go off, didn't start name calling, didn't start calling anybody racist....they just said the pic was offensive. I'm sorry but I too do not find the KKK funny and for somebody to get upset with another because they also do not find them funny shows to me who really needs to get thicker skinned. Quit the ****in whinning and bitchin and trying to defend something that didn't, and doesn't, need defending. This kind of childish name calling and bitchin is what ruined the last board.

| Good post Dutch. I went back and looked at who complained about the KKK picture and IMO that member is a stand up guy and wouldn’t start an anonymous thread. I think Aft Lizard might have hit the nail on the head with his call on who it was. It did sound like that guy.

| The person who started this thread................I personally say screw them. They came in here and started throwing bombs instead of just trying to discuss something. If they truly made a judgement about anything by just seeing a pic, and not following what the whole damn thing was about.......they are just pissin in the wind. Don't want to come to Dodge because of something as silly as that..........go to Boulder then. They love wimps and whiners there.

| OK, OK, I am sorry if I OFFENDED anyone! It was meant in jest to AOO. Anyone who has read any of my posts, except for maybe 2 or 3, knows that I am full of BS and just try to have a good time. As for the pic, you know they do exist and this is a Free Country. If you would study the history of the US, you would find out more knowledge of things you don't know about. AS for being a racist, that couldn't be further from the truth. However, I do get tired of people that pull the "racist" card to use to advance their position. I will go back to my doghouse now, and see if Lurker is home yet.  |

| The picture offended some, I can respect that. Me personally I laughed, but not much offends me. But to come out swinging at every member of this board and every citizen of Dodge City because of a post that was meant to be funny (I laughed my ass off) and because alot of us share the opinion that people coming here illegally (that's breaking the laws) is bad. Well that my friend is not a very good way get your opinion out.
