We're preparing for my daughter, her husband and our American grandson flying over from Denver on Saturday to stay with us for around a month. I never realised there was so much to do, will be a busy time with plenty planned. My wife's birthday is on Saturday, my daughter's birthday is on the following Tuesday so must remember cards & flowers! It has been a long time, since last Sept I believe, since visiting the board. Lots of things have happened since that time. My world was ripped apart when my relationship ended. It was not on a good note, was not pretty, and still (due to what happened) has left a deep scar. Time will heal the wounds, but they heal slowly. My daughter had a beautiful baby boy in December, so i became a new grandpa! i am enjoying it and think (of course I do) he is the most beautiful baby on the planet. lol. ...
Well, here I am again. Another Christmas away from home in the service of my country. I have to admit, I am getting just a little sick of this whole being away thing.
