Goin' to the crazy doctor!

I started seeing Steve Cagle from Family Practice Associates, yesterday. He's really nice. I've never been to counseling before so I was REALLY nervous! After I met him, though, I calmed down a lot! He's a very comfortable person (if you get that). It doesn't take much to get me crying and, of course, as soon as I have a seat the tears started to flow!

I think it's going to be a great experience for me. It's great to just have someone who finally listens and doesn't butt in with their own problems. He recommended a book to me called "Boundaries". Apparently, I have a hard time not trying to "help" everyone else's lives. I accept guilt for things that aren't my fault or even my decision in that case.

I am looking forward to continuing with this. I think it's exactly what I need.
