Diet Update

Started my diet on April 9th at a weight of 263 pounds. Yep I was a pig! Today, nearly 6 weeks later, I weighed in at 227 pounds. Thats a weight loss of 36 pounds and three inches in the waist. My goal is to get below 200, even if it's only 199. I haven't been under 200 since college. It feels great to get in shape in my forties. Wish me well.
