| Unconfirmed User registrations The following is a list of users who have registered on DodgeBoard but have not confirmed their email address by clicking on the link in the email that was sent to them immediately after registering. This can happen for several reasons. Either; A) the member used an incorrect email address, or B) The email that the board automatically generated was blocked through the recipients filtering system. We want all who would like to become members, to be able to use all the features of this board and we understand that some difficulties can arise that are outside their control. For this reason, I am posting a second chance message to those users so we can get them manually confirmed. If you are a member that is on the following list, simply send an email message to webmaster@dodgeboard.com and say anything you want in the body of the message and this will confirm your email address. I will then manually upgrade you to a fully registered member. Anne Dean-O Doormat Ferris Gone4Good justanotherthorn <--confirmed 11-21 Welcome aboard! OneDoubleNickel <--confirmed 11-20 Welcome aboard! Sky Pilot tex <--confirmed 11-21 Welcome aboard! We will purge all users on this list who have not responded, from the database within 5 days from this notice so that you are able to re-register using those user-names. Hope to see you soon on the boards! DBA1 Last edited by Administrator; 11-21-2005 at 03:30 PM. |

| Hopefully this will get their attention. Maybe they just didn't know what to do to get registered. Now they do I hope they take advantage, I liked the 100 plus membership.

| Thats something I never could understand. I think keeping users anonymous is a good thing, and having to register via a valid email address is a good thing, but allowing users to use fake/bogus email addresses and then require them to be validate via this bogus email address seems pointless. ![]()
