Questions.
What do the colors of the little box on the left mean?
How do you know which hits are positive and which are negative?

One thing I didn't see up top is the color code.

Red-Negative rep
Green-Positive rep
Black-Positive or Negative from a member without enough posts to make it count.

Highway, look up. Actually back one page, but here it is

Sure there is!

Actually, there is.

You can click on Members List, then you can sort by reputation by clicking on that column heading. A second click will sort them with the lowest first. I think there are only two members with a lower rating than what they signed on with. I have not seen anyone break into the next higher category yet, including myself. There are several that are very close to it. Hope that answers your question.

Very good question! Thank You.

But do yours get split between DBA1 and DBA2? I’m assuming two different admins.

I've been thinking.......this rep thing.....

When the pop-up box tells me I have to spread the rep around before I can give it to the same person again, it makes me give rep to some posts I might not have otherwise. So, is it really doing its job? Maybe we could change it so we don't have to spread so much around before we give it to the same person.....is that possible?

You're the best!

Lightbulb Reputation User Spread

We started out with this set at the default of 20, then I changed it to 15, then to 10, then to 8 and then to 5. These changes were directed by user requests such as yours. I am simply trying to find a fair balance between your wanting to give reputation to whomever you choose, and a system where you cannot give consecutive clicks to one person without spreading it around to others as well. If we lighten it up any more than this, it could be abused under the following scenarios:

Two members in the same family click each other off the scale.
Clones (1 person with 2 or more member ID's) drive themselves up in rep

Or you have a clique of members who fail to recognize valuable posts by members outside their clique.

I plan on raising the reputation user spread as the board grows, but I am not sure we really want to go below a setting of "five" at this point.

I do appreciate you bringing this point up though, as it has been the subject of many emails. Maybe you could post a poll and we can vote on it. I will do whatever the member community as a majority requests.

What do you members think about this?

I had a rep...

in High School - does it still count, or has my record been expunged?
