Seems to me that if they have the cash, they have the ability to leverage the cash. The presentation material on their website indicates that the have developed over $1 BILLION in real estate. It doesn't seem to be a question that they have the ability to do the deal.

Sounds like the Lottery Commission isn't doing its job in distributing information. Gives me the warm fuzzies about the decisions being made.I agree it is late in the game for these issues to still be unresolved.
That's fine for your opinion, however, to those of us not "in" the deal, it certainly raises questions. How can we be confident that our tax dollars and interests are being protected? If either of the proposals isn't right, then we'll get stuck holding the bag cleaning up the mess either at the local or state level. How can we be confidant if the review board isn't confident?I think that's a sophomoric analysis at best.
