| It's not a Reagan-ist policy or even a Reagan-ist issue. It is a Judiciary problem. And it's 11:00 PM. I'll look forward to further discussion in the future. We are on the same page here.

| Well as you know I'm NEVER speechless.... Heck I don't even know you two but as a new commer - Ya'll are boys that would "make yo mama proud...." good goin... BTW I'll watch this one - don't know much bout ED but actually live on railroad ED - I'm thinking that means the railroad can take our property but no one else can. I'm glad there is a cease fire - it's gettin too damn hard to get thru the muck of insults to get to the info when ya'll keep dissin each other......Ya'll both are smart, itellectual posters - just live in different worlds I think...... Hey but it's ALL good....... Reps for both ya'll if I haven't burned them all out.........

| Speaking of Eminent Domain, why doesn't the city claim the old Dodge Theater, fix it up a little and put it on with the Trolley tour and Boot Hill Stage Coach tour. You know how much history is involved with that building? From the Premier of the old Movie Dodge City where the hollywood actors came here. They even autographed the walls in the dressing rooms behind the stage from what I hear.

| The stage area (behind the movie screen) was converted into an office area formerly occupied by Q-97's Sales peeps. I think it's vacant now and don't know anything about the area beyond its walls..
