| I used to be a huge Phill Kline fan. Until he got a little fanatical. The medical records thing was just too much. Yeah, he has authority to snoop once in a while, but the reason he wanted the records was just bad! So he was going to spend Kansans' taxpayers money to wiggle his way into charging child molesters? I always thought that if it wasn't reported, then the victim really didn't want to prosecute. So who does he think is going to testify at these trials? Himself? Come on, Phill, right now we're all trying hard to hold our head above economic water - don't waste our money! I believe child pornography and molestation is a horrific crime. But we don't have the money or resources to try to prosecute crimes that aren't reported as such.

| If Phill was really concerned about statutory rape as he claims then I'd have to ask why he hasn't done anything about actual live births to under age girls? I've met Phill, I've seen him in action and at one conference he was asked a question about an opinion and he responded with I'm not sure about that who issued the original opinion. The questioner responded, you did. He's not a lawyer, He's not a prosecutor, He's a politician and nothing more.
