A few thoughts came up while reading this thread

1) don't build this thing on the middle school hill.
2) a western themed casino would crack me up. gun fights at the poker tables...ya buddy
3) I think it would be cool to have like a saloon and a hotel and other "cool" things downtown so when we do have Dodge City days, there are more things to do downtown than go to Boothill.
4) about the indians and no taxation and what not...i think they have atleast deserved that after the US army shat all over them.
5) Let's hope they finish wyatt earp before this thing gets goin. I can't decide which process is goin slower.

I know this will sound cold blooded, or I will be called a racist, but how long do we have to pay for what others did in our past Drifter? Did YOU crap all over the Native Americans? Did I? Did any of us? Did you know that the richest Indian tribes are also those with the smallest amount of people in them? They get tax breaks, educational breaks and everything else.......then why are most of the reservations looking like dumps or wastelands? What the hell are they doing with these breaks? That is what pisses me off with EVERYBODY who gets these breaks....they don't do a godamn thing with them then bitch and moan about having it so bad.
I will apologize to any Native Americans who think I am against them, I am not. I acknowledge that the Indians got a raw deal and were treated horrible, were takin advantage of and killed unmercifully. You are more than welcome to enjoy the spoils that are this countries now.

I hear ya Dutch! There are too many "breaks" for the so-called "minorities"! They need to get their butt out there and work for it like everyone else! As for the "Reservations", you hit that on the head. Most of them are just 'trashed' like the ghetto. Absolutely beautiful territories just trashed! A few of the tribes have pretty nice conditions, but most look like the dump, primarily because of laziness, corruption, etc.

oh yeah and crack cocaine! and alcohol........... hell everything looks like crap when you are on that!!.............. they are an addicted people - the tribes are funny sorts - remember they used to leave thier dying alone to dye - everyone has to make thier won pathway to the happy hunting ground - if ya fall off the trail - ya just fall off.
