Special Events= Concerts, boxing, basketball, hockey, ice skating shows, monster trucks, animal acts, circus, etc.

Hockey will be a big draw here. I bet they sells TENS of tickets. As far as animal acts...they could round up all the strays in town and let them act. Perhaps they could have pit bull fights there.... If they want a circus they should just let the city town hall meetings be held there and sell tickets. That is as good as circus as any.

I hate to disappoint you but this is straight from the Events Center Development Agreement. The agreement that the City and County signed in May.

"PROJECT FACILITIES: The Project facilities shall consist of a multipurpose events center to include an arena with approximately 4,300 fixed seats and additional movable seats, a multi-purpose surface capable of accommodating various sporting events, rodeos, animal and farm events, trade shows, concerts,speakers, stage shows and theater productions with an additional approximately 10,000 square feet of dividable meeting/conference space (the "Events Center")"

That came from page two of the agreement.
